stop me - part 24
August 20th, 2008I think this is a message about over-developing an urban area. But the lack of an “s” on the end of “condominium” adds a bit of charm, and also a question about what the sticker was originally intended for.
In addition to that, you can just about make out a “the” underneath the left side of the sticker, and there’s not even enough left of the second word to speculate what the original graphitist had written.
